Good 'Ol
Family Bike
Seems like the billion dollar
Fitness industry is full of new high tech and advanced training
ideas every other day. Here is an oldie but a goody.....
Just get out on the road with the family on bicycles. My
six year old can hold his own pretty well with us now and we
have a tag-a-long bike for my 4 year old since she can't keep up
on her own bike and then we all head to the neighborhood park
some evenings. We've also done it with a bike trailer for
the kids when they were younger. I'm not saying it is
going to get you in Ms. Fitness USA shape BUT it sure beats
sitting at home on the couch watching Disney Channel! And
maybe when your done you should all have a popsicle!
Ahhhhh.... now that sounds like SUMMER!

- Shrek (any of them) - great if
the kids are around too - light, funny AND great soundtrack
- Invincible - Love the story of an
underdog
- Casino Royale - OK, I know this
is not a typical pick for me, but if the kids are in bed it works - the
adventure / chase scenes fit in with keeping me going fast AND watching the
newest hot James Bond does keep the heart rate up too. LOL
